Dr. Biddulph and Orthopedic Clinic of Central Virginia participate with numerous Workers' Compensation plans. We accept any Virginia Workers' Compensation claim. We can assist injured workers and employers in securing proper authorization to evaluate and treat work related injuries. Often, when a job related injury occurs, the injured worker is asked to find a specialist to treat their problem. These problems may include: fractures, sprains, knee injuries, ankle injuries, rotator cuff tears, shoulder injuries, ankle sprains. wrist sprains, broken bones, and many other injuries.

Please note that the correct term for a work related injury in Virginia is "Workers' Compensation". This program is overseen by the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission (VWCC). Some people refer to this as Workman's Comp, Workmans' Comp, Workmen's Comp and Workmens' Comp.
Some people also call it Work Comp, Workers Comp, Worker's Comp, Workers' Comp Workman's Compensation, Workmans' Compensation, Workmen's Compensation and Workmens' Compensation.
